I was born in Xi'an and built my career in Singapore. That sentence is the whole business model.
我出生在西安,在新加坡建立了我的事业。这句话本身就是我的商业模式。
Most people who help with "China–Singapore" anything are good at one side. I grew up understanding how decisions get made in a Chinese-speaking household — what's said out loud, and what isn't. Then I spent over a decade inside Singapore's education and business systems, learning how things actually work here, not how the brochure says they work.
That combination is the entire reason families and business owners come to me instead of a government hotline or a stack of search results. I'm not translating language. I'm translating judgment — between two systems that don't explain themselves to each other.
I run three things that look unrelated on paper and are the same thing in practice:
EduStation — helping families decide if, when, and how to move a child's education to Singapore.
NANYANG — a franchise education network, for people who want to own a real business here, not just invest in one.
LUCERA — helping Chinese-speaking SME owners turn AI from a buzzword into something that shows up in their P&L.
I'm a BNI member, which is where most of my trusted referrals come from — and it's deliberate. I'd rather earn ten relationships that last than chase a thousand clicks that don't.
Tell me what it is. I'll tell you honestly whether it's something I can help with.
